When SOG crafted the Trident knife, they wanted a knife that will stand up to the strength of any user for quality and durability. Stainless-steel with a partial serration was used for the SOG blade so tougher surfaces won't be a problem. SOG customizes the Trident with a clip point blade for razor-sharp piercing. The Arc-Actuator locks the blade in place for your safety so any amount of pressure for cutting can be applied with no worries. A built in safety lock keeps the blade closed and shows red to give you more confidence in the SOG Trident. SOG features a Zytel handle that won't break or bend. SOG also placed a Groove in the handle to cut rope and line easier without deploying the blade. A pocket clip is handy for the SOG Trident to carry and not lose the knife.
